a better idea for tk's

instead of one person can randomly kill you it should be 2-3 people have to shoot at the guy to kill him so it won't just be "oh i'm gonna build a intell tower so the enemy won't get it" 5 seconds late BAM TEAMKILL

That's exactly how votekicking should work, only instead of shooting you type "/votekick <id>".

Follow up idea: after getting TK'ed 2-3 times, auto kick the griefer?
