So, right now there is no auto-balancer, and teams get very unfair sometimes.
Mostly people although notice this, and try to make teams even, though sometimes team which had more players than other, got less now that they tried to balance.

To make it easier, and more comfortable, I suggest making an auto-balaner, which would work like this:

-Never forces players to another team, who joined before they got uneven.
-Forces players who join in server to go uneven team.
-Forces only players, if there are three or more less slots in another team than other.
-If another team has those three or more less players than other, players who are already joined can't switch teams until they're even again.
-Would be able to choose to be on or off by server owner.

This also would make griefers's life much more harder.
Please discuss.

Most of these ideas have already been implemented in pyspades but should be officially done too.

As long as one can switch teams as much as they like I don't see much of a problem with the current system. Most people I've seen keep an eye on teams and will manually balance them out themselves. Besides, capturing the intel becomes way more epic when you do it outnumbered 3-1.

Also, we need a spectator team.

@Beret: But this would depend on the server hoster, and as far there aren't less than 3 players in opposing team, you could join into it anyways.
@Soldierwhatever: And people could reveal into their mates enemies positions via skype or ts? People join afking into spectators, filling player spots? I'd say nah. No spectator team, not even a kill-cam. I understand though, why you suggested it.
