Speed can be either transfer speed or movement speed. Since a game cannot change your transfer speed, I was obviously talking about movement.

Yes, you are incorrect. Ping is actually just the application that sends the echo requests. Try to keep up.

Wrong, it does a lot more than just send echo requests; it also calculates the time taken for the response to come back, etc.

And it's not necessarily an "application". Even I could be called "ping" if I sent someone (something?) an echo request, then calculated times, etc. etc., no?

Man this is really awesome. The auto climb is now smooth instead of like teleporting to the next block lol
