When I saw a half dozen of greens in the fog, and I run back to a trench. Jumped in it and started to dig forward, while my blue teammates helped me or died from the burst of the bullets above us. We crouched like crazy to save our life, and standed up for only milliseconds to shoot down the enemy. After that we took the intel, and we covered the intel carrier with suppressing fire. That feeling was great!
And when I saw the fully underground map with the giant caves in it, and I built a cool bridge in one of the caves, than I destroyed the roof of a whole sector to let the sunshine reach the caves.
Or when I made a 3-blocks wide tunnel across the whole map, and captured the intel every 3 minutes.
And at last, when I first reach the 100 points before any other players on the server.
These are my memories, why I play this game every day, and why I think this is one of the best games for me.

The first time I succesfully kicked a griefer, and he never came bak! That was great too!

When i was running over some hills and got ambushed by two blues in a bunker. They got me down to 20 HP to before i managed to take cover behind a small hill. I wasn't sure what i could do, but realised i had 2 grenades left. I threw both blindly over the hill. Then i found out that i managed to lob them through the bunkers 1 block big hole and got them both from the first grenade.

That made me feel buff!

Yeah, yeah, the Fire in the hole! feeling. When you kill the bunkermakers, who don't care about backdoors. :)

the fist time i played back in .26 or so) and thare were so many tunnels and both teams had awesome intell forts

I played a week or so back in Warservers, and I found nine blues digging a tunnel underneath me. I dag inside, and killed them all- only with ONE nade.

(I know that I got them because of bug, but wellwell :3)

When you make a long series of sniper nests and tunnels in a hillside, designed so that when the enemy comes in you'll be able to just back up and wait to see their barrel coming in before throwing a grenade in. Then rebuilding, sealing up that entrance, and moving to one of the half dozen other prepared spots. You feel like an actual sniper.

Although what happens more often that not is you yourself get sniped from someone you didn't see, someone comes from above or behind you, or you just get bored and take stupid risks. Still, never had dat feel from any other game before.

When you're underneath the intel, but in a massive castle so you can't just dig underneath it, so you shoot through several thick stories of blocks (I seriously used 49 bullets) to make the intel fall down to you and run back to base with nothing but one bullet left which you snipe a guy with on the way back.

Dat feel when i keep getting killed by one person, find them,headshot them from afar, and proceed to charge their base,dropping almost all of them,including the sniper, several times over. Then get killed by my own grenade

When one guy got into game very hard. He, a deuce and I formed a three man army and the guy was a leader. We had our ranks and he gave all the orders. He had a big underground room that was a base where we rendezvoused after every "mission" and we captured intel with the help of sacrificing others in the army (jumping high). In terms of points we didn't accomplish much but that ,for me, was the best playsession in AoS.

The times we had 90 bullets, i made a perfect bunker and killed so many blue my ammo depleted several times. Best feeling when someone screams out your name in anger.

Then the others, who commented, are idiots too... No problem, because I started this thread to find the essence of AoS, and to show, what parts of the game should stay in the future, and what parts need improvement.
Almost all the other threads are negative, shows a false view, that most of the players don't like the game. I know this isn't true. So, here's a thread, where everybody can discuss, what is the best in this game.

My favourite memory is actuaslly on youtube! There was a lil island in a small valley with steep mountains, i and 2 friends jumped down and built a bunker while holding off from all sides it was epic!!

So, there's this island in the middle of the map, and I go and make a huge fort.

Then the other team comes along and they're like

"LOL IT'S OURS"

so they took it and made a Blue flag.

So I lead a highly elite team of specially-trained commandos to attack, we blew the side wall open with all of our grenades, and then jumped in and shot them all.

Then, we took down the blue flag and put up a green one.

Awesome.

Yesterday I was on the Make War server, and the map was Legen... wait for it... dary! It was a real glacier from Google Maps, and it was awosome to run and jump on the hills up and down as fast as you can to reach the enemy intel before they reach ours. And when I stole it, and I was running home, somebody started to shooting behind me. Some of the bullets hit me, some of them just hit the snow next to me. I was in panic, I knew that I won't find my attacker in time, if I turn back, because there were to many hills that he could use as cover. So I used the hills too. I jumped down to a hole, and then just run for my life under the hills' cover. I felt like i am in the opening scene of The Chronicles Of Riddick. It was cool! Too bad, that my enemy found me, and he was executing me quickly. But then I revenged myself and captured the intel.

best thing in AoS hmmm.
ohh the time i killed 12 people by assassinating them. i snooped behind most of them and shot em in the back of the head and teabagged em. then i went to a bunker with 4 and they sealed the door so i threw a frag in the window epic win.

One time, on one of those bridge servers, the blue has over ruled the whole bridge. People were hiding on main alnd. Then I said in team chat "Men! We must push foward!" Then I charged, blue shooting at me in their bases on the bridge, then, BAM, BAM-BAM. Quick scoping them, all headshots. Then I have half the bridge, then the rest of the greens caught up. I yelled "We need to hodl this point!" Then we held it for a long time. I had the feeling like I was in actual combat.

I got 125 points on a server once, and 5 captures.

it was today on Boston massacre server I was green and I went sneaking all the way around the outside of the map to the area where the blues had their Intel at to high of a height to get to unnoticed but I saw 2 perfect chances to kill some blues and executed it and more showed up when I had to reload do to some non head shots and then I was dead but the fact the blues upped their defenses after I managed to get that far into their territory seeings their Intel was on like A8 or something like that and greens was G5ish

Best moment:
First time I dug a tunnel under the enemy intel. I surfaced and saw a pedistal with the intel and then covered the hole again. I continued to dig under the pedistal and made it collapse into the hole beneath it. I grabbed the intel and ran home laughing! This is why this game is so AWESOME!

Dat feel when you get accused of aimbotting.

on warservers greens destroyed whole island and made intel tower with several supports, we have made assault with 5-7 people and everybody shooted in greens and tower, when i did last shoot, tower have fallen and i ran quickly to intel, killed about 4 greens then escaped with tunnel that i didn't know where it goes. after capturing that intel greens was so scared that i captured 3 another intels in 5 minutes
