Extract the folder, edit the config file and execute "Run.exe'. It should be pretty straight forward. A list of possible commands is available are available on the page I supplied.

Do I run the exe when my server is already up?

Running the executable will run the server. You do not need to run the default Ace of Spades server.

I just saw this. Nice to see the word is getting out about pyspades ;)

As StackOverflow said, you should extract the zip to somewhere, then edit config.txt, and finally, run run.exe. The win32 build is usually a few revisions behind, so in case you want to have the exciting new features, you should get the dependencies mentioned in README.txt and run pyspades that way. If that's too bothersome, no worries :)

Suggestions are always welcome on the issue tracker!
