Didn't the briefcase used to rotate?

When you had gotten the intel, didn't the briefcase sprite on your HUD used to rotate?
If not, it should because it now it remains static and is dull.

I noticed this before. Not sure if was something Ben did intentionally or not.

I think it's an improvement. It looks like you're holding it as a backpack. It just works, you know what I mean, jellybean?

I'd like for it to rotate in the HUD and to stay still on your back.

I agree. I can't tell you how may times I've forgotten I was holding the intel and spent ten minutes hopping around doing various things before I get shot and realize I dropped it.
