    I was playing on a pyspades server a few minutes ago, capped the final intel for a win, and the map did a rollback! I'm like, awesome!

    But then I was noticing the spawn-at-team-member thing and saw that it was pretty goddamn overpowered, like, to the point of ridiculousness.

    Say for instance you kill some guy who is with his partner... he just spawns right back where is partner was. That.... doesn't seem right to me, and I think it's open for abuse. Am I wrong to think that? I mean, doesn't anybody else agree that that's kind of silly?

    For those of you who run pyspades, please, do not use this feature. It's worse than the airstrikes.

    I agree, the spawn-at-squad-leader thing is pretty-lame. It's like if you kill the wrong guy in a group it doesn't even matter, they just come right back (with more grenades.)

    Although it does mean sneaking around their base is much easier...

    But the rollback thing is amazing, like it literally replaced the blocks row by row. This technology can't be from our planet.

    I played battlefield 2 since it came out, still do.

    I personally like the idea in a whole but i don't think AOS is quite the place for it some times. Larger maps, sure i can imagine that.

    OTHER than that, i've dealt with SL respawns for a long, long time. I find it easy to fish out the SL most of the time but i know that it is not always the case that you come out on tip top. I would usually track the guys and figure out which one is the SL then kill him first.

    It was easy to tell in BF2, but AOS not so much.

    A server or two with it on, fine.
    Most of them, though. I want vanilla servers or at least bare-minimums

    I'm not a big fan of the /follow command... therefor i have disabled it.

    what happens if a small squad of 5 people:
    1 /follow 5
    2 /follow 1
    3 /follow 2
    4 /follow 3
    5 /follow 4
    then they will be invincible! :O

    Yes which was just what I was dealing with, basically. They can make taking an intel from the middle of the map near impossible unless you can kill them all at once.

    You should only be able to spawn when the enemys are gone.

    But does it ever? I don't know i've never got an airstrike as by the time I get 15 kills I'm already bored.

    just checked on a pyspades server. Though a little sparce, the airstrike does seem to cover all of one gridspace and then some quite well.

    I would say this could work asuming the first line surprises them and they don't squirrel away.

    This is a pretty cool idea. I like follow because when both teams use it, squads often face each other and it can get super intense. But I hate it when I'm trying to kill a dude, and a split second before I pull the trigger he's suddenly surrounded by teammates. I'll see what I can do about it.

    Again, if you want any kind of killstreak it needs to be a strafing run.
    I'm done trying to explain why. Carpet bombing isn't very useful, as it doesn't actually hurt teammates. Friendly fire needs to be enabled, or the killstreak needs to be changed to some with more precision.

    Nope because it needs hurr-durr-airstrikes and everything from caladooty.

    That way, I can come home after my summer school classes and play it with all my other 13 year old friends who didn't think this game was cool back when it didn't have any other weapons.
