How do I setup a pysades server?

I downloaded the latest version of pysades and setup the name and welcome messages. Then I tried to run it like it said on the instructions on the site. What am I doing wrong?

Running from the pre-shit is BS, run though source:
http://uploadir.com/u/v777gp follow that
and for windows vista + instead of : hg clone https://pyspades.googlecode.com/hg/ pyspades

find your desktop or w/e directory and put that there so its like this:
hg clone https://pyspades.googlecode.com/hg/ c:\USERNAME\desktop(or w/e)\pyspades basicllly, it has to make the last part pyspades or soemthing else non existant for a foldername
