I think AOS should abolish all clans and replace them with a tribe system. Or just no clans at all. I'm in a clan right now and my clan never does anything, ever...

The game isn't set up for clans. They have no place in the gameplay as of yet. There is green and there is blue. That is it. People who join clans thinking it's going to somehow add to their gameplay experience are sadly mistaken. Maybe from the roleplay perspective, but who plays AoS to roleplay?

I don't think you really could role play, then again i don't see how you can role play in any game without feeling awkward as fuck...

One time when custom maps were new I got in a roleplay game. There were three of us and we all had our ranks , had a base, took care of each other and went on "missions". It was the BEST game and MOST FUN I've had in AoS.

About the clans- yeah they suck. I've never seen more than 1 person from one clan in a server.

I will admit, my current clan (jakes assassins) really does have some of the best players ive seen in aos, but i just dont see the point in clans.

my opinion of clans has shifted a bit...
I was on pinpoint and me and staticcake organised a whole group of blues to attack the greens and steal the intel, it felt like I was in a clan.
The raid was a massacre! It was awesome!

Most clans are now "EVERYBODY CAN JOIN!" anyway, with no skill requirements at all. Clan matches are therefore rather pointless, it might be bunch of noobs vs. bunch of noobs.

Clans, currently, are extremely disorganised.
Hence why me and Mikuli have begun to code a ClanBase website system, which allows people to sign up, create clans, add members, post on other clan's walls and help encourage the arrangement of clanwars.
