Can you film: I can but i only have the free version of FRAPS which is only a 30 second recording. So if you know a better recording software please tell me!.
Can you host: On this computer no because i haven't port forwarded yet cause i forgot my password for the router.

Make tutorials: Sure why not
Make Custom Maps and /or guns/skins: I can make skins, and not maps yet. I have figured out Voxed.

Pay for what? the software. If you can find a torrent give it to me. I havent been able to find one yet!

Yeah your not getting paid for commentating. This is just a hobby most people do, not many poeple live off of it.
