I'm not saying you can't. I'm open to this sort of thing.

What I'm saying is, it's bad enough with griefers screwing buildings over in literally every game I play, and it's going to be hard for a builder to keep his/her work safe from them. Any griefer could read this, put on coolface and get to work, watching out for very nicely built stuff.
