What Happened to My Semi?

After .54 the semi seems to be way less consistent. Shots which should be head shots are now body shots.

INB4: L2aim

Crouched shots on people standing still sometimes miss.

This is all before fog distance.

Please for the love of god; take the semi out of shit tier and bring it back to god tier.

Maybe because it is less accurate? We all have to deal with it. It's not that bad really.
