1. lower the votekick limit. ever since the new version, i haven't seen any griefers get kicked ONCE, because half of the server just shrugs at the voting.
2. add a voteban system. kicking don't mean shit when the guy can just come back near-instantly
3. SMG needs 30-60 more rounds in reserve. its way too easy to run out of ammo too fast.
4. make the phrase "i love reddit" an auto-ban

1. or better, allow an option in the config file - 'votekickpercent 30' for example
2. votekick should kick with a 15 minute ban or something, with the ability for admins to set perma bans using IP's in a saved 'banned.txt' or something
3. or perhaps make the recoil less 'flail-like' so that your bullets are more useful

1. Make the amount of votes needed adjustable by the admin, like TheGrandmaster said.
2. Votekick actually did automatically tempban at one point, but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
3. What the SMG really needs is more predictable/controllable recoil. With that in place, ammo is a much lesser problem.
