Best idea would be to add both the up and down height markers to all the boxes on the map. Including the real one.

I've found that if you put the intel in a box (with a chamber underneath it so you can look down for tunnellers) and put a fake square on top of the box, perfectly coinciding with the real one, surface raiders will pass it by nine times out of ten if there's decoys on the map.

Oh yeah, and ALWAYS add fake up and down arrows to all the decoys, and the real one. It'll really screw with people's minds.
