yes I know there have been many weapon topics posted before but I have my own idea for weapons. Uzi- The Uzi is a short ranged machine gun that carries 130 rounds of ammunition. It can not break blocks so greifing with it is prevented. It also over heats after firing for long periods of time. If the weapon over heats to much it will break and the player will have to use another weapon. The weapon is best suited for close range and does not deal extra damage when used on the head. Shotgun- The shot gun is double barreled and meant for close ranged combat. It carries 15 shells and has to be reloaded after every shot. It has a spread effect that can hit multiple targets at once making it useful when fighting more than 1 person. Shotguns deal 25 damage to the body and 50 to the head. It can destroy a block in 2 shots. Flare gun- Flare guns are side arm weapons with medium range. They are much weaker than other weapons but they have a special burn effect. When a player is hit by a flare they are burned by it causing the player to loose health over time. the burn effect last for 30 seconds dealing 1 health of damage per second. Flare guns carry 10 rounds of ammunition. When a flare hits a player it deals 5 damage. Flares guns are less common than pistols but are still common to find in gun boxes. Pistol- The pistol is the strongest side arm weapon. It carries 25 rounds and deals 10 damage to the body and 15 to the head. It has a medium range making it a useful way to save ammo for long ranged weapons. You can shoot 5 rounds before having to reload. It takes 5 shots to break a block with a pistol. The pistol is a light weapon which gives the player an advantage of moving a little faster. These are all my weapon ideas so far if you have any suggestions then please reply. |

Good ideas!!!! I would just get rid of the storage boxes and replace them with currency. Every time you kill someone, you get one dollar (or currency). When you find a gun box, you have to by the gun. You could also buy Ammo. When you die, your money will stay with you, your guns will not. Though your guns will be dropped where you died. No money would be dropped. For gun ideas, a stationary machine gun (like a turret) would be good. It would cost big bucks, but could not be destroyed, and would have a lot of ammo (reloads wouldn't be cheap though). Hope you like the ideas. |

Well a currency system could work so people wouldn't be able to require very strong weapons. I don't think people should loose weapons on death because it is pretty easy to get sniped at any time. As for a turret it should have a overheating process like the uzi so that players cant just fire all they want. Other players should be able to destroy it by shooting at it a couple of times. |

I just want a secondary weapon and pickup-able ammo and nades. But of course the ammo picked up will cap at the maximum amount it there's extra |

I don't see any problems with ammo I have never ran out of ammo but pick ups wouldnt be a bad idea. I think just a secondary weapon isnt enough I think their should be enough to keep gameplay fun. |
