Hi can someone tell me how i make ironsights or scopes please

Use Photoshop (or a similar program). Open the original semi.png file, and work around that. Save as a new .png file and there you go.

paint.net is better than GIMP in my opinion. paint.net is also free

actually i've been getting alot of messages on how to make scopes ill make a voice vid tut tomorrow ok just look for the vid

Uhm, Paint.net and GIMP are pretty much the same... They are both free, decent image editors.

if u wanna post stuff go to mediafire.com and post it there, then go to your files that you put up, then go to the file you put up, click download then copy and paste the link to the forums.
P.S. LEARN TO USE THE SEARCH OPTION
