to give u guys an idea, i suggest u play against an applicant on a server and see how he does in 20 minutes or so
i cant believe u judge an applicant on his forum account and wat the applicant says

We have a recruitment process, the applicant must be known by sumone in our clan, they must have GOOD social standing, behave well on the forums etc.

In order to join ppl already in the clan must vouch to say how good the applicant is (or isnt).

And lastly the final descion comes down to me.
