Captian.Linch the artilary would have limited range and ammo. hdogga you could have that it would not refile ammo by tent it would refile after a while so not to many uses |

Well, you go to think. When you place a cannon you'd have to fix it in position so it wouldn't be able to move making it only useful for a certain amount of time and they wouldn't respawn. Horses were used in WWI and WWII by the cavalry [horse riding soldiers' who would charge at the enemy] so the horse idea would work but what bout each team starts with a fixed AA gun and when the intel is captured, a new map is generated with the AA gun somewhere else. I wouldn't reset the map after just one intel, because you would hardly need the option to build stuff then. You could make it like after 10 intels. ~Mero~ |

Captain, I was more talking about weapon classes and flamethrowers that I've seen to be suggested here. A tank? Definitely not, game is full on rivers and mountains and it would be a pain in the ass to get it out of your base. Planes didn't really drop too much bombs in WW1. Imo, we don't need machine guns and all that stuff, maybe a pistol for secondary weapon with a shit range. |

And just to be clear, I want this game to be developed forwards. I just don't want it a Call of Duty. Sure, machine guns would be OK. But they should have HORRIBLE recoil, they should be mounted. And when I said horrible recoil, I mean that it cannot be sprayed; it must be fired it bursts. By the way, seriously. Someone suggested a flamethrower. ... That is just the kind of addition to this game that would make me facepalm. |

Well I for my input towards this topic. A: WW1 was in the early 1900's, around about 1914 - 1916 (Rough Guess) And has for the idea of artillery and machine guns.. How about the idea of having them as block set ups, so they are stationary in one spot where a player has decided to set on up. Therefore making those bunkers more tasteful. ^^ |

Artillery could just be stationary, it'd spawn somewhere in your territory--> you blow their shit up until they blow YOU up --> there's a cool-off period and it respawns. random spawn= no artillery campers Anyone remember Scorched Earth or Worms?? |
