    Actually, Ben has said that this game is most inspired by the Vietnam War. And he said that there will be vehicles, but no tanks. Just planes or helicopters and boats.

    They should have 1 person driving and another person shooting, along with some passengers.

    not thinking about passengers, but the rest yeh. It can probably be made using psypades, it would just be made out of blocks in the shape of a heli, and to control, u hold space to go up and let go to go down. The shooting would seem like ur on a block while zooming, and the person shooting just preses ctrl to get out, same wit the driver.

    I would image a heli having some basic controls, passengers, and a door-gunner.
    1 Pilot
    3 Passengers
    1 Door Gunner.
    The LMG for the gunner has 100 bullets. It (and the ship being repaired) getting restocked is by landing within 10 blocks of the tent.

    Who cares if they bumped it- better to bring it to the fore again than let someone who doesn't know how to search start the exact same topic again and retread all this old ground.

    And I said it before but I'll say it again: Choppers are passe. Blimps/Airships are the new black.

    Artillery should work like this

    Each teams artillery cycles through the players so that evreyone gets a go on the artillery roughly each 4 minutes depending on the players

    When its your turn to fire the artillery you type /artillery (co-ordinates) and it sends out a special grenade on a random spot on the grid co-ordinates you specified. Its splash is slightly larger than an average grenades and cant damage buildings as griefers would abuse it

    It also cannot damage players on your own team to stop griefing

    Before each strike a warning is given out telling where the grenade is going to land on the grid and giving you ten seconds to get away

    This system stops grifers and gives evreyone a go

    Artillery should have anyone be able to shoot it, but to aim, you have to drop a marker. Every player has 1 marker, so your teammate can go behind enemy lines and tell you were to shoot artillery.

    + When you fire the mortar at the marker, it should just be in an area around it.

    Or just shoot in whatever section the marker is in, kinda like a pyspades airstrike.

    How about you place it on the ground, and then the 3 setting show how far you want the barrage to be? 1-3 = 1-3 sections. The area is just a general area similar to where you are.
