i would like to see be able to go "prone" or just lay on the ground by double taping ctrl idk how this would effect the game but the speed needs to be less then being crouched

You don't need prone. Just dig a hole in the ground if you need to go lower.

Prone can be for sniper who want a more concealed position.

Ok then going prone gives snipers a more stable firing platform! I can go on for a while on why prone is a good idea

Stable? Crouch + M2 = Stable.

Crouch to get under two blocks of space but move slower. Prone to crawl under one block of space but move extremely slow. Very good idea! I think this should be implemented in some way! And Snipers wouldnt really be able to get an angle on someone close and below without sticking their fat little head out. Just get close and pop the sucker when he pokes his head out! Snipers may be good on level platforms and distance but distance requires much skill and a level platform is equal.
