Ace of spades at 4 FPS

Why is this happening my Computer is getting 4 fps in this game?!?!?!?!!
My PC's RAM and video card:
4 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5670
does this game not compile with this video card or what?
someone plaese tell me how to fix this! D:

Are you running fraps? Close some bullshit processes in the background? Drivers up to date? Uhhh.... people play this on their netbooks for god's sake.

Your computer is actually a calculator, or you have no processor, in which case your computer shouldn't even turn on, which leads me to believe you're trying to use your toaster or something. Hmph.

I can play this game on a 256MB ram Dell 2001 Comp on a chinese internet.
He is probably running it off his toaster.
