But in case it isn't, has anyone else noticed that alt-tabbing the game and returning to it drops the player under whatever layer of blocks they were standing on?

It's actually quite a useful exploit in some cases.

It used to happen to me all the time, even without alt-tabbing first. Ben fixed it a bit in the last update, but I guess it still happens sometimes. Hopefully it'll be completely fixed soon!
