The Briefcase, it has a logo that I never knew what It was until now. It's a diagonal spade. I just always thought that it was just a random logo that Ben made up to slap on the side of the Intel briefcase.

I say it looks a bit like both, just that the handle for the spade is a little bit too short

by the smiley face I meant I was kidding, I always took it as a spade. MAybe its just because you see it so much you dont really notice it.
