what did he use to make AOS?

what did the creator of AOS use to make it? If you know, comment because i am a game programmer and i would like to know how to make really good 3D games like that.

The VOXEL engine. That's all I know. I think he created the models in Slab6 as well.

he used and modified voxlap a Voxel engine made by Ken Silverman

slab6 is also from ken for voxlap

did you ever open the "readme.txt" ? read line 5 & 6 =D

if you cant get it, you are unable to read
if you cant read, you dont understand the source
if you cant understanding the source, you are unable to compile it
if you cant compile it, it is no use for you

seriously the voxlap mainpage and his forum offer all you need
