Serious Spawn Bug Found - Ben, read this

I was playing on goons haven when I died from a green player, then decided it was to time to switch to the semi. My player already fell the the ground when I switched from smg to semi, then the game lagged for a few (2-4 seconds) then next thing I know I respawned WHERE I DIED with the semi in hand, full health. I was quickly re-shot down since I died in a tunnel entrance.

server lag?
I'm not sure, it just doesn't seem like it would be a problem from the game.

actually, this is a problem. I was just in bridge wars and killed the same guy like 5 times. he kept spawning in the place I killed him.

he was dying in our spawn too, so that's not good.
