how do i open it?

how do i open the game as a html file on notepad or something else that would let me mod the game?

if you are changing name do right click and open with...
select notepad

it doesnt give me the option "open with".

Just click open then next and select NotePad.

You should have the option to open the file with another program.

Start and search/ open notepad. OPEN and find the file.
