here is my list of rules, which i think covers all the key points.

5)Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

6)We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.

7)If you are going to post non-English on these forums, please also post an English Translation of your post. We want to encourage a community that everyone can participate in and while we do not wish to segregate, this does mean using one language as a standard.

8)Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.

9)By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages or links that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate of any laws.

10)The owners of AoS forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

actually lexysm ive been using the internet for (counts the years) 7 years so id prefer you don't pull all the ** and pretend to be an epic person just cause you can develop a server software.(by the way wats it written in? i am starting to learn coding so i am just curious)

Alex, seriously. There's no sense in writing some sort of "rules" if nothing happens when you break them (we have no mods yet remember?). After some days noone will see them anymore because they're not stickied.
I really think you should inform yourself how forums work. Atm this can't be really described as a forum imo. It's more like a stupid, childish imageboard with no rules. Get along with it and wait for some mods and/or a proper forumsoftware.

To alex: I would imagine that his server software is written in some C-language(i thought about C#), or possibly even in Python. About this subject, they are nice rules but as mentioned, breaking them.. nothing happens
