Fully destructible environments(tear apart buildings)
Better Graphics
Better Animation
Larger Development team

COD arguments:
We have loads of 12 year old kids with their moms in the background and mexicans as well.
A nuke will roll by and the Brazilian Ghettos won't move a inch.
Outdated game engine
12 year old fanbase
Most of the best Infinity Ward members left for EA
