Essentially, it's just a re-post. I didn't want to search the entire forum for it again.
Basically, it makes it so you are using a mod for everything (as in player, guns, intel, etc.). You would download it from the server and you would be forced to use it in that server. Along with that is easier changing of mods. I was thinking something like minecraft where you put the files in one folder and in a menu you can switch it out. Would it not be awesome to play a 4 team game with Nowa's WW2 mod?

Huh? Forced server mods? ie. use the server host's mods?
Don't think we need it. People download skins, sights, sounds and guns to see them in game, not to see them replaced by whatever the server admin is using. Also means a 20-30 second longer wait period to download those kv6's/png's/wav's.

i dont see why you'd need the png to load, unless you are able to pick up somebody else's gun
i think it'd be alright, but as somebody else said, only for the guns, otherwise there would be some very bad player skins, which wouldnt work well with the team color idea

Besides, I hated this feature in CSS and TF2.

Ben mentioned he wants to do this but he's concerned about custom skins interfering with team colors
