Ok first, please try writing things so that they make more sense, it's hard to understand. If english isn't your first language then thats fine.

From what I can read I think your trying to make a server and It's not working.

so youre saying when you create a server you cant join it yourself? if you are scroll down to the local host button then you can join youre server
