a simple solution to griefing

1) a player who destroys a block placed by a teammate CAN be attacked by teammates for X seconds (2?)

2) a player who destroys a block placed within X spaces (2?) of him OR the last X seconds (10?) CANNOT be attacked by teammates (to prevent griefers from blocking/attacking teammates)

just an idea

1) a player who destroys a building made by a teammate CAN be votekicked
2) people should be able to destroy dumbshit buildings without getting flamed
