[MODS]Targets! Also taking Target Requests!

I decided to make a bunch of targets for people to use (for those who don't know what it is, it's the crosshair when your weapon is unscoped. Target.png).
I'll take requests for targets if people want aswell.

Anyway, the actual mod:

Thanks Renegade! I'm using the second one you made. But I still think Frosty should make a mod. Not saying yours stinks, I'm just saying there needs to be a ultra mod pack for it.
