Basically I was thinking of making a team, mainly focused from people of the Sham's server.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be good at Ace of Spades
2. Must have a name, no deuces
3. Must have some sort of rep, or have proven yourself to someone in the Sham's server (little pony) (This is so we can actually see how good you are, and also because this team is focused in the Sham's server area)
4. Only apply for 1 position. Engineers must be very good, and know their stuff, mainly for bridges, walls, bunkers, etc.
5. Tunnelers also must be good. We expect many things from you.
6. Teamwork- work as a team, use the grid, be efficient
7. Accuracy - By base, accuracy must be pretty good, headshots are always good. The snipers are for exceptionally good people and must also know how to disguise their spots. Camping is alright, but no spawn camps.
8. Must be awesome
9. Note: When attacking, we bring people, the people left will either defend the intel, or do something to make sure they don't win. Boring? Maybe.
10. If we do skirmishes the teams will be split.
11. Be respectful and listen to orders. This leads to success.
12. If you want to be accepted, just play around with some people on Sham's server. If you get known somewhat, you will be considered. The veterans will always rank higher than greenhorns. Only exception would be the guy tAtt something, and that's only because he's the best sniper I have seen.

Please note I will not comment below for the sake of being able to edit this.

Also please note we aren't a exactly straight forward group. Stealth and tactics is what we are. That base heavily guarded? Sniper team and a flank with tunnelers leading from under ground. River base? Go down and undermine it. (AND doing the most crazy thing to complete the task. Intel on a tower? Break the middle section down. Enemy above you? Break block and kill)

Oof after loads of time on the server building bases and vesty making up plans, im kinda tired :P

Here is what I like out of my squadmates-
1) LISTEN to orders. pretty big one
2) Follow orders. if I say no shooting, then i expect no shooting.
3) know the field of battle. yes, i know I don't get many kills, but I am always aware of what is happening on the front and planning accordingly. No sitting back at the base to build forts.
As far as engies go, we DO NOT WANT people who sit at the back and build enormous fortresses all match. We DO WANT engies who understand that understand that many small, camoflauged, disposable bases at the front are vastly more effective than a giant castle.
If you have been playing on the server recently, then you know sham and I often build secret bases into the sides of mountains, which we use to run missions out of. On a match yesterday, we stayed in one base for several hours without the blues ever realizing. We built up a sizable complex and captured several intels using said base.

Also, make sure to run things by whoever is in charge before you strike out or build something, whether it be me, sham, or someone we have delegated responsibility to. REMEMBER TO USE TEAMSPEAK.

If you are on the fence, just jump on the server and talk to sham or me. We always have a good time on the server.

EDIT: snipers have to be REAAALLLYY accurate and must listen very carefully on missions, especially raids or stealthy type missions.

In my defense, I get at least second in command. Logged plenty of time on the server, is awesomes, and etc. However the picking out portion of it is all yours Vesty. Try to update the list and change PROG to a filler.

I'd like to be a sniper, if possible, but if you would like me to be anything else, why not.

Oh yeah for sure bobunny. You, schwinny, and Tachibana will probs be the other leader type ppl on the server. I just put myself up there b/c I was on the server early and got to know sham quite well. I'm more of a PR guy anyway. (in today's server I mistakenly gave pyschosocial credit for the post sorry lol)
