Norton won't let me download the new version because it says that it is a virus

If AoS really IS a virus (which it isn't), then it's the only virus in the world that you definitely want to have.

Switch to Avast Antivirus, it is better than Norton and it is free.

Norton claims that the new AoS has something called WS.Reputation.1, so it deletes the file upon download

It's because the file has no good reputation on the Insight Network. Just download, install then turn Norton on again.

I turned Norton off, and then downloaded it. The file was still deleted :P
