About gameplay and grenades and stuff...

1. Will block destruction by rifles be re-enabled? Why was it disabled in the first place?
2. How "drop live grenades on death" thing actually work? I didn't notice it.

Rifle block damage will be back later. It was removed as a side effect of putting ammo counts server-side (to counter cheats where people would give themselves infinite ammo/blocks).

The grenade thing is kind of a bug fix where nades that had their pin pulled would disappear after getting killed, whereas now they still detonate... it's really a minor difference.
