I downloaded the sniper mod off Ace of Spades blog, but i am not sure how to upload it to the game. I no it includes slab6 from wiki instructions ( that i dont understand) wich i downloaded. Also is it to do wiht my computer becasue i cant play minecrfat on it? Any Ideas?

Put the .kv6 file you downloaded in your /kv6 folder and make sure it's named semi.kv6

it was a zip no kv6 and i dont even no if i have a kv6 folder.

What you do to a zip? Unzip it. Then put the extracted files into the /Ace Of Spades/kv6 folder

just make a file called AoS mod and extract it to there if it makes you extract to a file, but it should just create a file

Assuming you're running a Windows machine, click on My Computer, then click on your C: drive, then click on Program Files, and then click on the Ace of Spades folder. Hopefully then the painfully obvious will become apparent to you.

If none of this works, either consider throwing your computer out the window and getting a PlayStation or find a parent or sibling who has some very rudimentary skills with modern inventions and having them do it for you.

ok iam getting a ps3 and usally i am good with computers and yes i was using a windows i extracted it in to the file but dont no wat to do next.

Sorry about punctuation, tierd and anoyed. What do I need to do when I transfer it kv6 folder? Do i need to move the old ones out? Last is there any other steps after doing these things? Ok thats what I need.

No all you do is RENAME the "MOD", so like...... You download the file M4A1.kv6 if you want to use the gun you are going to have to rename it semi.kv6.

Backup whatever you're replacing then click and drag the new files over

You don't even need to back up, if you want the old files just rename the entire folder, then run the install again, choose repair and voila!

Ok I got the skin in the game but cant get the gun. I tryed using the M1A ( I think ) but when i go on the game i have the basic rifle. Or is that my problem?

I know that, but the gun hasnt changed at all. It looks like the basic rifle. Not what it is ment to. OK any ideas? I may of still got the basic rifle in the file, but dont no wat it is called.

Thanks a lot everyone!!! Its working fine now. I thought i had to rename it to semi.kv6, not just semi thanks.

That shouldn't have made a difference though........
