Can't Play [+Browser Error]

Hi!
So i have heard about this game by a guy. The game seemed cool so i downloaded the game. When I clicked to play it showed a Server list, so I clicked in a random server. It showed a error in both Browsers IE 8 and the newest Chrome. I uploaded a image of the error.

If some one can solve my problem i will be glad.

it may just be the server, also, messing with the resolution can get that error sometimes

I'm not so sure if it can run on that version of windows but i maybe wrong.
