Possible Bug in 0.45?

Every time I am killed by a member of the opposing team, it says "You have been killed by StackOverflow". I'm not killing myself, yet it still displays the wrong name. Anybody else experiencing this?

That was my first thought, but I didn't notice any lag and there was a 52ms ping to the server.
