  • Green has the unfair advantage of camo
  • 12

They're green, while us blue peeps stick out like a sore thumb against the green environment..

Also, the green colour is much lighter while the blue uniforms are darker..

That's because green are cowards, they NEED camouflage.

Alt Post: It should just be the standard Blue VS Red. Or perhaps Green VS Yellow?
Although if I use my brain for a second I realize yellow would stick out even more than blue.

I think they should make your blue by default and your eneimes green, no matter which team you are on, then you can always see your teammates and there is no atvantage... sometiems i forget which team i am this time 0_o

Grey maybe? Wouldn't be that hard to change.

The colors are fine. If you feel like you're at a disadvantage just switch to the team that you've told yourself has the edge.

I was saying earlier that Green should be Grey. As far as visibility goes, blue and grey are very similar.

I think green/blue is fine. Green may be better camouflaged in the grass, but blue is better camouflaged against the sky. So while each has its advantage, i wouldnt say they are unbalanced

Most of the time I rep Blue unless the teams are unbalanced.

It is kind of unfair when I can be spotted a mile away while a Green can hide just a few feet away behind a block.

But they need all the help they can get.

I can see the Greens clearly the moment they come out of the Fog...
No problem spotting them at all...

Alonroz, except if one is standing completely still, in the corner of your view, surrounded by green terrain..

What gives you away is moving, a blue guy standing still will still stick out like a sore thumb though..

You all seem to forget that

1- movement is very easy to spot

2- You can always see a players skin. Whether they be sniping, in the open, in a mud hole; the flesh colourd skin always stands out. It doesn't matter what colour the players uniforms are.

I think the team colours should be Red and Black, to match a deck of cards.

Most of the time it isn't the color of the suit that gives it away, it's the paste-colored face or just plain movement.

Blue is also perfectly capable of constructing blue backs to their fortifications granting them equal camouflage.

Hopefully the dev will just make green brighter to counter this

Green has plenty unfair advantages, but camo is not one of them. Unless they are crouching with .001 cm of their head sticking up in a sea of limegreen blocks

Stop blaming greens superiority on our awesome colours. If you don't like it, change to green... if you think you can handle the GAME WE BRING! OOH-RAH!

No but seriously, green's clothes and green blocks are completley different shades. You could say "Blues have an unfair advantage because they can hide in water and on the top of hills because they blend with sky!"
Playing with a different team requires a different playing style, pick the team which suits your playing style most.

It's just a problem people convince themselves of when they lose too much. I see them fine. Greens just do better because all the smart people go green, I just go to who has less people.

Every server I have joined since I started a week ago the green has a castle, wall, and half decent base and if defending well, while the blue is losing terribly with no defenses and hacking as much as possible.

Blue is just a bad overall team. Seems the younger people pick it, although I still like it better.

It's hard to judge an entire team just from a few servers. I've had servers where one team sucks, and others where the other team sucks. I did look at the chart, but I still think it's about comparing the color to the ground level color, which isn't always green, but on average, I would say green is somewhat more camouflaged. However, it isn't enough to say it's a significant advantage. If you're talking advantages/disadvantages, I would be more concerned with the fact that the lowlands in the green area make it more difficult to capture the intel, although when it's wetlands, blue does gain a slight camo boost. Green just has to get across the river, then they can practically tunnel straight under the intel, and dig up unless it's well protected.

Blue has a advantage - BLUE - in water they are hard do spot

I personally never have a problem...the light green draws more attention and stands out against the dark terrain. In many cases blue has the advantage (espescially in water filled custom maps),although it's generally about equal; blue has the wrong color but the right shade, while green is vice versa.
