The short syntax doesn't work properly for me. But if I say "convert.exe city.bmp city.bmp 4" then it's OK.

EDIT2: Again, i am VERY confused in making heightmaps, do I need a specific color palette for each block height, and is 8 bit = 24 bit (8 bits for Red+8 bits for Green+8 bits for Blue = 24)

Ok so I got Hightmap and made a bitmap, so it is a 1024x1024 how to I get it to a 512x512 then how do u convert batches and crap

Is google really that hard to use?

So fun making zombie maps with it, but I wish you could make houses and buildings etc...
