i would want the spade to act like the pick does now, taking one block at a time,

I really just want to stop the ridiculous amount of tunneling on either side.

Mortars,

and spawn flags,

these would be carried by certain members of either team, and would act as a "temporary" (depending on how long it lasts before its destroyed) spawn point for that team.
