Also, just so you guys know, I don't want any gore or porn outside of /b/ (once we get sections). I want to try keeping the site as SFW as possible.

Looks normal to me. Try hitting the links at the top to change what the site looks like.
Or are you talking about that line over to the right? That isn't on mine, so it's probably something wrong on your end.
