    Update 8: Fixed a bug where it was impossible for the assassin to kill while cloaked.

    Server admins:
    Remember that if you want the assassin to go visible when they start swinging the pickaxe, you can always set the CLOAK_DISABLE_PICKAXE variable to True, which causes the cloak to be disabled as soon as the pickaxe starts swinging.

    you need to make it so that the assasins's bullets actually do damage becasue other wise the class is almost worthless on these massive maps and since the pick seems to only be working some of the time

    Update 9:
    The user will receive a warning now if the mode they select is invalid.

    There is a bug with ammo when your a soldier.
    Say im a soldier, im using the rifle and the ammo is like this 10-50. Then I switch to the smg but the ammo is the same so the smgs ammo isn't 30-120 it's 10-50.
    Major ammo problemo.

    known issue

    lets add a demoman class
    who has a destructive spade that allows creating tunnels easily (it creates a blast that goes all the way until there is no more block, hit ablock with explo-spade to activate ability) (10 kills)
    4 nades, higher explosion radius
    2 less swings required to destroy blocks
    25% faster spade swinging
    the last bullet of a magazine is an explosive one, and has the same damage and radius of a default nade
    30% less explosion damage

    The only thing out of all your suggestions that could be implemented with the current client is the tunnel creation thing and the 30% less explosion damage.

    Update 10: Fixed a bug where assassins could hit soldiers by shooting them. Fixed a bug where players entered god mode while being invisible as an assassin.

    Also the tunnel idea is kind of interesting, maybe the builder class will get it if I can figure out a way to make sure that its balanced.

    @Frosty Let's say you're using a SMG, then you switch to rifle or shotty and you still have the same ammo. It's kinda cheating, but it's still awesome :D

    Yea the Aloha server is really random lately. One minute every slot is filled, and a little while later, completely empty.

    Time of day seems to have something to do with it.

    Just a little while ago, we where blasting away. Seems like it is starting to surge again.

    I think I'll put my suggested demoman class more detailed:
    Super Spade:
    After 10 kills are made, a message appears to enter a specific command (/activatespade) to give your spade the following ability (or if that isn't possible it turns automatically into a Super Spade and a message telling so)
    It will send a wave 3 blocks high (depends on how you swinged the spade, hitting a block with the SSpade will destroy the block above and under it in the wave, if the block under it is bedrock or water it will continue as a 2/1 high wave) and will destroy all blocks caught in the wave, this ends when it has progressed 64 blocks (so you'll have a tunnel 64 blocks wide and 3 high) It will make an airstrike sound and it is noticeable of the particles coming from it. Players lose 99 HP if hit by this.

    Also 50% less explosion damage for Demoman.
    But I'd think its at least possible to give him 4 nades.

    Um, im not sure if I'm allowed to do this but I'm editing the script in favour of some people.
    Quite amazing what I've learned by looking at it.

    Also changes should be made:
    Assasins invisibility is toggle with the pickaxe.
    Invincible while invisible, i was playing on a server and I was trying to assasinate my target's I kill one of them and then the other one starts wildly shooting thier gun and then I die, thats unfair and it's worse when your target has a pickaxe they just need to keep swinging it to defened themselves.
    An assasin NEEDS to be able to use a gun, they need to be able to defend themselves at long range.
    when the assasin switches to a different tool other than the invisibility trigger it should disable invisiblility and vice versa.

    Make a medic class it would work like this:
    When they shoot a player the player is healed (like TF2).
    And grenades to "heal damage" so multiple targets are healed.

    i agree with the assising having a gun and being able to use it. but definently not invincible thats just unfair and gives them the major advantage in any fight

    Request:

    Different gun for teleporting.

    I found a little exploit you might want to check out. I went to the sniper class, and played with the rifle for a while, then I switched to the SMG and the teleport thing still worked!

    I was able to "blink" myself behind people in an unfair manor, by shooting behind them. Then while still spraying, I was able to turn and hose them.

    If I had to switch guns to teleport, it would slow me down enough to give people a sporting chance.

    Although, it is a total blast to do, it really is unfair and unsporting.

    Another thing that would bring some sport into teleporting, is to have the player make some sort of audible noise, so you can hear when they pop in.

    One other way to make it more fair, is to make so that the player can no shoot for .5 seconds after coming out of warp drive.

    This mod is very popular, i am currently working on a couple of nice designs to bring some of the TFC goodness to AOS.

    BTW, after doing this by accident a couple of times, i let the people know I was trying to exploit, and was inviting people to come try and get me. (I was not grieving people with it.)

    How is it unfair i don't understand :/.
    It's just if your target knows where you are they'll start swining there pickaxe all around them, making it impossible to get to them.

    New suggestion aswell:
    Assasin can see invisible assasins.

    Update 11: The sniper can no longer use the SMG to teleport. The builder has been renamed to medic and now has a healing pickaxe that heals one person at a time at a rate of 10 hp/second. The pickaxe now disables the cloak when swung be default (server admins can change this back if they want)

    This mod is great and all but,I got kicked out of a server for "hacking" because I could turn invisible,kill with my pickaxe and teleport to other blocks.

    I also got kicked out of a server for being an assassin.

    Can you somehow 'fix' this?
