    -Disable mid game team switching

    -Add server messages (e.g. x logged out, y logged in)

    -Some sort of indicator to tell you the status of the intel; sometimes you miss the message and end up guardingnothing while the enemy runs off with it. Maybe a little pair of breif cases in the HUD coloured for the respective teams that go red when the intel is taken

    -Something to be done about looking down; good lord...

    Seriously, it would be good if the servers didn't crash every 30 seconds and YOU COULD ACTUALLY CONNECT WITH GETTING SOME RIDICULOUS GRAPHICS ERRORS (despite the game being fucking minecraft 2 in terms of visuals)

    Seriously, port this out to a game engine that doesn't fucking suck and more than 10 people can play on.

    I like it, I think it has potential, but your efforts need to be completely on making the game stable, then everything else.

    - Make the game stable; there's no point thinking about in game updates when the game doesn't allow you to connect half the time.
    - Fix the hacking as a priority, add admin powers / votekick / voteban / autoban if hacks detected
    - Add more weapons
    - Change movement so speed doesn't change depending on the height of your crosshair
    - If possible, remove the camera swerve / blur
    - Don't add classes, but add a few more weapons
    - Health kits; allow them to be dropped and used
    - Team balance
    - Intel carrier be visible on the map
    - Allow name change in game
    - Change the map generation: blue always has the higher ground to the west and mountains, green always has islands and rivers to the east
    - Improve the appearance of ironsights, perhaps make it take up less of the screen
    - Option to password protected servers
    - Force servers to show location of host
    - Add more building items; ladders, mounted guns, flagpoles
    - Enable rounds to end after a predetermined score set by the host; when this score is reached, the map resets
    - Put something in place to prevent people from switching teams, griefing, then switching back. Disable team switching once a player has chosen a team?

    Joined a few decent servers, 0 problems whatsoever. (besides cheaters) You're either joining bad servers or the game indeed needs some bug fixing.

    - In-game server browser
    - Options menu to change name, controls, and resolution
    - voteban / admin powers
    - Blue vs Red (it's too easy to hide as Green)
    - Random map generated
    - Health kits and ammo drop when you kill someone
    - Improve getting out of water
    - Team balance
    - Invert how the mouse-wheel currently works
    - Better HUD

    It's cosmetic, but the chat needs to be fixed.

    - Put a space after the colon.
    - Only player name is colored. Text is white.
    - Semi transparent gray background for all chat text for better contrast.
    - Game remembers chat history and when you press t/y, displays 10-20 last lines, similar to minecraft and many others.
    - Larger font. This is a bad enough now, it'll be torture when 1280x1024 works.
    - Chat vanishes too quickly.

    Oh, and, should we have a suggestion forum too maybe? Or will that leave nothing to discuss in Gameplay?

    I'll suggest some of my own even though most have been covered above

    - Water needs to have some depth so everything isn't just a thin film of water
    - Trees, right now it's really barren. Maybe changeable environments as an admin too
    - Health kits even though this has been mentioned it's needed
    - Sprint key
    - Maybe less fog and ability to see more into the distance

    take out fishbowl lookup/down and sway (it's really nauseating)
    the option to invert the y axis
    hackers discouraged somehow
    make jumping more robust

    There's lots of good ideas in this thread (and others) but they vary insanely in terms of feasibility, urgency, probable time for inclusion and so on.

    Water for example should definitely be added, but I don't expect nor want any work on it to be done until much much later. Improving the server list, even very slightly, should be done as soon as possible otoh.

    - Invert scroll wheel functionality.
    - Invert chat direction. (scroll up placing new messages on the bottom)
    - Increase chat size and duration.
    - Indicate when a message is global or team.
    - Maybe change green to grey, so that both teams have similar visibility against the terrain.
    - Medkits as a tool to heal others. Possibly choose between grenades and medkits?
    - Server administration commands and ability to add additional administrators.
    - Server password.

    Many of you seem to want to alter the game entirely; people suggesting removing tunnelingand stuff.

    The game as it is makes for a very unique experience and altering the core gameplay too much would make it too generic. I don't like theidea of adding pointless building items because it would essentially become Minecraft 2.0. I say that the devs (or dev) should focus on stabalising what is there and adding ESSENTIALS; that it to say, mostly interface tweaks and minor graphical adjustments

    First of all, sorry for my poor english.

    I agree with mr. Wrinkle. This game has his own unique gameplay and we have to focus on making it a better experience.

    - NO SNIPER RIFLES. Battles between trenches or bunkers are just awesome. If you put some snipers there you will remove this. Also rifles are pretty accurated so you don't need them.
    - NO VEHICLES. This game is 100% infantry and is all fun. Vehicles have no sense here.
    - Make headshot more difficult.
    - Possibly choose between grenades and medkits, that's a nice idea.
    -Sub-machine guns. Better for close combat.
    - Some controls to give orders (Like a voice saying Attack!).
    - Sprint? I think we don't need it.
    - Set how many points you need to win CTF.
    - Team balance
    - A WAR MODE. Each team member have a finite number of lives or Each team have a finite number of lives. FIGHT!

    Simple suggestions:
    Grid system on the map so that people can tell locations better.
    Voteban implementation to remove griefers and hackers.
    Time/score limit for the map to change

    Too many tunnels could be slowed down I suppose with mountains becoming harder to dig at their inner levels. Also deep underground should be harder to shift all that dirt.

    For the love of gaming, BALANCE DIGGING.

    It is ridiculous right now, and there is no point to building any kind of fortifications when every single player is equally capable of just digging a tunnel from one end of the map to the other, and coming up right under the intelligence.

    Spades should only be able to break the -initial- highest blocks on the map.
    Everything else should only be breakable with picks.

    I just discovered this game and I love it. It's totally open-ended and how well you do is only limited by your ability to respond as a team to the current situation and your collective ingenuity.

    *

    - Obvious server things: (Moderation, Team balance, Restrict team flip-flopping etc)

    - 2 types of material: colored dirt and grey stone/cement, with corresponding durability differences to slow down super-tunneling just a bit

    - Light machine gun available at tent: almost useless unless crouched, stationary and zoomed, takes a while for accuracy to initially "settle" a la ghost recon.(takes up both rifle and grenade slot) This will encourage teamwork and make the battlefield situation more atmospherically intense and tactically complex while maintaining a mainly simple, non-rock-paper-scissors-type game dynamic. Bullets eroding terrain should be rebalanced accordingly.

    - One health kit max, replacing grenades; available at tent. I dunno: Convenient and reasonable balance-wise, but seems like it's bordering on tf2 class shits.

    *

    - NO pistol/revolver/shotgun/bazooka/flamethrower/ak47/m16/CoD loadout
    - NO vehicles
    - NO SNIPER RIFLES

    I think just a simple climb function would be great. Like, if you could just hold shift, and you can move up a diagonal incline, rather than trying to jump up it like an idiot

    I think the crosshair should be removed, or at least made less precise. Aiming down the sight should not only zoom, but increase accuracy and reduce recoil. Couldn't hurt to make the sight picture better, too. Right now it's too big and bulky, I can hardly ever make out my target through it, especially at long range. I'd personally like it if the rifle were made bolt action, to encourage more conservative fighting, and for there to be a sidearm of some sort for close range combat.

    A machine gun would be great. It would mean small forward bases with only a few people manning it could actually hold up against more than a few enemies

    Flatter terrain, or the option for the host to edit terrain. I'd love to see some honest to God trench warfare, or at least something an option other than "Try and hop up the hill towards the enemy base and get shot to shit" or "TUNNNNNNELLLLLLL"

    Green needs to be red. Or yellow. Or anything that doesn't blend in. I really like the bright colors, it's reminiscent of the older style of warfare that the gameplay evokes.

    In general, I love the old-fashioned feeling, and I don't want that to change with anything like smg's or snipers or anything. For once, war feels manly again, it's about knowing that you are on exactly equal ground as everyone else, and the only way you'll survive is wits and balls

    Edxactly; the beauty of this game is in SIMPLICITY and its uniqueness doesn't lie in "huur duuur 50 guns tanks and kill streaks". This is the trench warfare game we've all been wanting, and it ROCKS.

    Since there is plans for new gamemodes in future updates imma throw some suggestions out there

    Territory control - Players must capture specific points on the map, Once they've established themselves there for a set amount of time it becomes Blue/Green but can be taken back. First team to control everything wins

    Deathmatch - Basically what we have now without the flag but everyones on their own

    Team deathmatch - Hurr

    Sure there could be a ton more

    KING OF THE HILL

    Seriously, it would be PERFECT for this game. There's a designated area in the centre of the map. The teams must compete to control this area. The longer they're there, the more points they rack up.

    Yeah, I just played "king of the island" - game generated an island in the middle of the map accidentaly, and so we (greens) build a fortress there (I'm not sure how we managed to do that as blues had their castle on shore pretty close to it) and protected it with our lives. Fortunately, blue scum had no plans to steal our intel.

    Clan competition and wars! Wouldn't it be awesome to have 5+ hour long battles with the same people and where you can really start building for a greater course?
