I'll disagree with that, there is a certain skill in hacking. And to imply that "there is no skill involved in breaking things" is just plain bullshit. Look at demolitionists, they break things and they have to be trained for it.

And health is stored server-side, it's just a basic fact that it's impossible to alter that.

There's a skill to code it, sure.
But the fact they use it to ruin other's fun, is not great.
