http://i51.tinypic.com/mx1wyw.jpg this is the glitch: floating green block i can't delete.

You can see the floating green block as well.

now how do you take shadows OFF?
Also, just save map, reload attack for a hour or two, give up and throw two grenades at the ground.

Make the top mound thing a bit bigger to cover it up?

I'm going to have to find a way to move the base of the helicopter onto that fucking block.

Definitely need something with a better UI. I'm sure people who are familiar with 3D editors are fine with any UI but if we want more than just that 1% of the population to be making maps we need something more.

Yes, although it haves some needs of improvements. Now I'm very very much wanting a simple copy-paste tool. None of you wants to know what happened.

The map editor we have now is usable, but a better one would be nice.

If you have already started it, do continue to work on it. It would be greatly appreciated.

Coincidentally, today I found an example of exactly was I was trying to make. The results look very promising and I'm sure I'll be using this engine when I'm ready to move onto that part.

Anyways, check out these demos. They are all written for HTML 5 so you'll need the latest version of the browser your using, but IE 8 won't do. Chrome is probably the best for this, although Opera and FF4 should also be okay.

    1. A simple voxel editor, pretty much represents the controls and the feel I was thinking to go for: http://mrdoob.com/projects/voxels/

    2. The original demo that got me interested in the engine (this one doesn't work properly in Chrome 11, you'd have to download Chrome 12): http://www.ro.me/

    3. More neat demos: https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/blob/master/README.md

    4. The engine for those interested: https://github.com/mrdoob/three.js/
